Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday by Royal Mail.

UK orders

UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48 for our standard service and Special Delivery for our Express Service.

International orders

International orders will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery aim is 3-5 business days but this may differ. 

We accept no liability for loss or delay of deliveries. If you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us as a matter of urgency and we will endeavour to assist you with a claim.
